Information submitted to Federal Reserve Consumer Help will be reviewed to determine the appropriate regulator to respond to you. We will send you an acknowledgement letter within 15 business days indicating which regulator will be reviewing your concern.   

In the meantime, any questions about the processing of your complaint can be directed to our staff at ConsumerHelp@FederalReserve.gov or 888-851-1920 (TTY: 877-766-8533).

Can you identify the regulator?

You may be able to identify the appropriate regulator of your institution by using the Regulator Help page provided below. Once you have identified the regulator, you can contact that agency directly which may expedite the processing of your concern. If you are not sure about the regulator, file your complaint here and we will route it for you.
